In a quiet suburban neighborhood, two sisters are about to experience the dark and sinister world of Terror Toons. Candy and Cindy's parents have traveled out of town for the weekend leaving the two sisters home alone. Candy receives a mysterious package in the mail with a free DVD cartoon sent to her by the Devil himself. Cindy is having a house party with some friends while Candy views the cartoon in her room. She unintentionally lets loose two homicidal cartoon characters, Dr. Carnage and Max Assassin. They are out of the cartoon dimension and into the world as we know it. The fiendish characters stalk, torment and kill the party-goers in wild and kooky cartoon traditions.

I HATED this movie. UGh, this movie was the epitome of greasy, grimy trash.

Its not the worst horror movie. Its the kind that you need to watch with a bunch of friends and a case of beer, more enjoyable that way.

i havnt seen this movie before but the cover of dvd makes it seem lkes it has the same story plot as killer klowns from outer space
I went to watch to watch the premier of this movie (I know one of the actors), and it was horrible. The first 30 minutes or so were actually fun and worth watching, after that though it just dragged out and you couldn't wait for it to end. The whole story is about a Hansel & Gretal type characters in Cartoon Land who get turned into monsters. A DVD with a dimension between our world and there's is sent to a little girl for her b-day and thats when it all starts. The best way to describe this movie is it's like a Troma film but with an even lower budget. I suggest if you see it at your buddy's house take a peak, but don't bother spending time running around trying to find it on video shelfs. A note about the ending.. a little cartoon "sports announcer" does a play-by-play of the hero flying the rocket into the DVD factory... how f-ing annoying. Actually, ANNOYING is the best way to describe this movie. This is easily the worst movie I have ever seen. Save yourself the time, and do something more productive, like wallowing in a vat of your own filth.
Telling me that this is a bad movie and to stay away from it is like telling me not to stick my finger in an electrical socket - I know it's bad, but I just have to do it.
