Did anyone else see this film? I really liked it. But the ending was way off! Has anyone read the book? I like the the book a lot, esp because it is set in the SF Bay Area. But the film was not filmed in the Bay Area and therefore does not really look like the places I am familiar with. I am wondering if people who are unfamiliar with the book liked it also.
I was really interested in seeing this movie, but I haven't yet and I have not read the book either by the way you describe I should probably see the movie then read the book so I am not as disappointed by the movie.
It is pretty cool. Although there is a good amount left out because it is a pretty long book, but an easy read. If you like things that are dirty.

I was sad to see it do so poorly, because the cast is pretty good. But I do think the commercials do not really show what the movie is about, they just mentioned who is in it.
This movie was hysterical. I loved it!! The animation was kinda creepy but this movie was just a really funny movie.
