My site gets a lot of hits every week but I would like to see traffic higher. What do you think my site needs that it does not have now. Also, I rent horror movies from my site. Aside from a bigger variety of movies, what films would you like to see that I might not have and do you think my rental program is a good idea? Any feedback is appreciated. My URL is http://www.drgoremans.com
The very first thing I can think of that needs improvement may be the layout. I look at your headlines with the red dividers between them and what really comes to mind are the SPAM ads that clutter up many other sites. Indent more maybe, get dividers that look different, and you may have a more appealing "main page".

I don't know how "changeable" this would be without losing messages or anything, but the forum-layout could also be changed so that the boards themselves are more view-able? I don't know how much you're satisfied with your activity there, so I'm not so sure on that account.

I love the YouTube stuff, and I do think that is a potential big strength of your site since not many horror sites have a lot of video-material (much less the variety of stuff you have), but I do think for your "daily video" you could put about 3 YouTube videos per page (Like your indie-horror section) and for all video pages make the links to your video archives more prominent (The "Horror Cinema" thing could stay one video per-page since it's bigger though, but you should still fancy up the "past episodes" link). Also, maybe add a blurb or two to preview each video? Viewers may be more likely to watch something if they have an idea what it's going to be about...
New layout
Thanks for the advice, I will start working on a new layout. I just posted our interview with Chuck Lamb from Thankskilling and review of the independent horror movie Us Sinners.
