The first Cabin Fever was great fun! Great creepster story idea. Still have yet to check out this sequel though...... I'm a bit disappointed that Eli Roth (writer/director of the first film, love him!) had nothing to do with the second installment, but it sounds like a good flick nonetheless.... Going to give Cabin Fever 2 a go tonight methinks.
