Well that's very dissapointing. People made it sound like it was the most disturbing film ever made.

I watched it. It's funny and sick and I really loved it.

I think it's a disturbing movie that suffers from bad acting an no explanation on even the simplest of things. This assumption is based on what I heard because I haven't seen it yet. Hopefully this weekend I will.

I got to sit through about 30 minutes of it (after getting there 20 mintues late
) before it disturbed my friend with me so much, we had to leave. What I saw wasn't anything special. Some of the dialogue bugged me - mostly from the Japanese guy - as well as some of the character's behavior. I'll have to check it out again all the way through sometime.

It would definitely suck to be one of those people, though.

Yeah, it had some pretty disturbing scenes in it, like the one where the doctor presents his Human Centipede and photographs it. But I do agree that it is a very mediocre movie. The aging was okay and the story could have been better but I think the only marketing value that it had was that it was disturbing. It was way overhyped.

I Agree Freddy!

I second that, F13. I finished watching it on Monday night and, to me, it was just a big steaming pile of mediocrity. Yes, there were a few disturbing visuals - most notably the good doctor himself. But the thing that bothered me the most had to be the cliche-fest that started the movie. First, there's the flat tire in the middle of the scary woods. And of course, there's no cell signal there - even though in reality, they probably could have been surfing the net from there. And really... there are women who don't know how to change a tire? At all? Fifteen minutes in and I was ready to kill these women myself.
The only thing I really found remarkable about this movie was the hype.

Laser was a good actor and he was really creepy but yeah... I agree. Do the chicks not know that he is a seriously creepy guy just from the first time he appears? That goes for the cops too. Do they not know that he is a freak?
