Here's some already known news about Batman 3 out of comic con: Joker isn't in it and two-face is really dead.
I could totally see Joseph Gordon-Levitt as The Riddler. He has that Heath Ledger smile but he could make it into something all his own. However, I still think that Harvey is NOT dead. Whether he returns or not, I think he's alive.
