I've noticed in some forums, some replies from the same person are posted twice (not counting quotes) -
does this person get *twice* the "points" for the second post,
or am I just being paranoid?
Sorry if you don't feel it's fair, but things like that are usually mistakes; it usually happens when someone posts but the page sort of freezes, so they press the post button again and it ends up showing up multiple times because of it - I try to delete multiples when I find them but I don't always check every new post.
Not sure how it affects the points system, I'm not exactly sure how that works in the first place

Yeah... it happens to me a lot.
I noticed it happens to me *almost* every time I reply on my cell. When I'm on a pc it doesn't happen ever.
I just realized we can delete dups.
It just did it now....deleting....
Not sure if they get points or not... Probably so... But double posting happens by accidents usually.

Yeah, it's no biggie. I've seen others do it, but it never accidentally happens to me. I'm bad ass.
