Thought we could have some fun this morning with the whole "What if you're stranded on an island and you only have one DVD in your bag - a horror DVD that you will be forced to watched for eternity unless you're rescued."

So what horror DVD would that be that you HOPED was in your bag when you got stranded???
The Stand -- its just long enough with elements of comedy, horror and last - but not least - of which HOPE to keep me going until that rescue day!

Plus I've heard the dvd has loads of extra features - including other ways to see the film(?)
Nice choice. Once we do the positive round, we can do the negative where people say which DVD they hope they don't get stuck with. Ha ha ha.
Hmm probably Halloween. Love me some Michael Myers.

Very nice choice!!!!!

I would go with The Thing for obvious reasons. Also, what better movie to watch when you alone and isolated on an island.

Sources say "yes".

I'd have to go with Evil Dead II. Good comedy/horror mix.
Ok good. Smile I could watch the truffle shuffle over and over and still laugh...and still get scared when Brandon & Mikey talk about one eyed willy in the attic.....and still think the goonies may not make it out in time...no matter how many times I watch that movie.

And that movie will always make me feel like that 10yr old tomboy again; climbing trees, playing wiffle ball, making forts in the woods, and playing flashlight tag till our parents yelled our names.
