First of all there is alot of shit people shouldnt do to their bodies...shall we go through the list?
Secondly some women have to have reductions for medical purposes and most of the time its back problems.

no there are people who need a reduction because their breasts are so large it hurts their back. i've read stories on it. this woman could have been confined to a wheelchair if she didnt get a reduction.
