I was a bit bored, actually. I feel like the premiere was just a "where are they now" show. And frankly, I wasn't impressed with where anyone is. It might have helped if they had actually shown Bill's fight against the queen. I was looking forward to actually finding something cool about his character. Instead, the producers decided I just needed to believe them when they told me, "Oh, by the way, Bill is cool." Still not buying it.
It definitely would have helped if we had gotten to see Eric naked.
I'm just sayin'.

The soundtrack is fantastic though. Really captures that Southern blues/rock culture.

I've watched the show all along and was hooked in season one. I didn't really care for season two all that much. Three was better. But I'm just watching still for Eric. He's the most intriguing and compelling character in this disfunctional house of pancakes. He's definitely the one I'd be pouring my syrup on anyway. :licking:

The soundtrack is awesome. And like I've said before, even when the show drives me nuts, or even *cringes* bores me... there is definitely still something very compelling and oddly addictive about it. I plan on watching the rest of the season. I simply wish the premiere had been more exciting.

Yeah, I hear ya there. It only got me in the last 2 minutes of the episode. lol

Nathan Barr does the soundtrack and personally I'll take the soundtrack and the books over the TV show.

I don't like the characters enough to read the books. LOL

Ok, Eric as a bewildered "child" just cracks me up. It's amusing, but I want him back.

I wanted that plot line ended as soon as it started. Though I have to admit that a couple of the scenes totally cracked me up. Like when he apologized to Pam for being rude. :_dieslaughing__by_b

I know! All that "Sorry" stuff just makes me laugh so hard knowing what the real Eric would say about it when he recovers. lol. It's like he's 5 years old...haha. It's funny because Eric sometimes deserves a set down but yeah, I'm ready for this to be fixed now. And the whole Jason/Panther thing. Not liking that either. Nor do I like the witch stuff. So basically, this season, I'm batting zero. lol And yet... I still watch. Train wreck anyone?
