I Heard this was a good movie so i gave it a try...Now i have to say i thought it wasnt very good, probably one of the worst ive seen..Thought the idea was really good and there was a few good parts. But i did wonder what all the fuss was about. I wont be watching this one again..:yuck:

Yep..:diablo:
I could see why some people wouldn't like it. It does sort of snail along and some of the action sequences are a bit lackluster but I loved it because it was sort of the first Carpenter film that I watched. With an ending that made me laugh childishly and a mood that gave me chills, though it's not his best movie by far… It was 80's cheese at its best.
Great movie.
Not my favorite Carpenter film at all. I appreciate the concepts behind it more than the execution.
Yeah, the execution was a little weird, but as time grew on I sort of became more appreciative of it.
I thought it was a great sci-fi movie.
I think it's one of those movies that has really really subtle horror. I thinkg I talked about it on here once and I think Briggs understood where I come from.
Where the hell is Grant? He could explain the fuss.

I love this film. Cheesy as hell but isn't everything from the 80's dripping with cheeseSmile
The cheesiest, and probably one of the best alien scenes ever in a motion picture, is at the very very end of the movie. Wink Confusedexdev:
