This is really sick-a 16 year old girl downloaded pirated material so her parents beat her brutally with a belt-the girl sensed something was going to happen so she set up her camera. Now Im all for discipline but this was excessive-if she was a convicted felon the CO's wouldnt be allowed to beat her like that-you cant beat up a stranger like that or you're guilty of assault. But because she waited 7 years the statute of limitations has run out so of course Texas prosecuters cant file charges. Now Im not going to debate her reasons for waiting 7 years or why she chose to file now. I just wanted to show this video so everyone can see just how sick this is
