I don't know if anyone has checked out the new DVD from Lionsgate of this old classic from the slasher genre. I've always been a fan, but to see it with the gore added back in was an amazing experience. As recently as a couple of years ago I never thought I would ever see it the way it was meant to be seen.
I need to pick this up. I can't wait to get my hands on the new dvd.

Trust me you won't be disappointed. This is the version of the movie that we have all been waiting for. There is even a nice documentary discussing the movie's history and the restored scenes can be watched outside the movie with a bit of an introduction.
