I could probably come up with a valid argument against that being a ghost, but I'm really good a rationalizing. So, I'll just leave her alone and say "Wow."
When it first starts off and they look in that door, it looks as if the thing is just kneeling down in the corner. When they see the actual "ghost" standing up, the thing in that left corner is gone. Either way, I think it's fake. They closed the door, and about 5 seconds later they open it right back up. Just enough time for their little sister, or someone, get into position. Notice in the ghost room, there is a path-way to the right. Someone could have easily been hiding there, waiting to get into position.
If it's real, that would be some freaky stuff.
yeah it could be a fake but if it is they did a relly good. like the more times you watch it the more you think that its fake.

Yeah. At least they didn't try to use some CGI for a fake ghost effect, lol.
