Now I'm from WV and i dont know what to think of this one I've even had people I know tell me stories that they've saw it, but does it exist I have no idea

Well my dad once worked at an old Charcoal plant and it had the big smoke stacks and he said he thought he saw a figure standing on top of it one night and said it looked like it had wings so I always figured he saw the Moth Man
