"My name is ___ & I don't owe you any money." How the fuck are you so sure of yourself? Basic courtesy says to ask what the bill is for, at least. Don't call the place & immediately jump on the person that has to answer the phone. I'm not the only one that messes with your account. And, if your insurance doesn't pay for something, that is really not my problem. It's yours. You have signed a form saying that you understand if your insurance doesn't pay, it's your responsibility. Sure as hell, don't cuss me. Some of them talk to me worse than I would talk to my dog. And, my bosses say, "Don't take it personally." So, I smile and say,"Thank you and have a nice day." When I would really like to say, "Fuck you.
