I gotta say Leprechaun, even though Chucky has much better movies IMO. Lep has made killer devices out of a lot of toys, he could sure take advantage of a single doll-come-alive (Especially one as human as Chucky since the Leprechaun has screwed over greedy or sleazy people countless times) and pretty much destroy him when it's done.
