This is a close one, but I think Ash has more cunning than Bubba. Leatherface hasn't done much more than chase people whereas Ash has had to fight and fight hard (If Dennis Hopper could stand up against Bubba, so could Bruce).

Exactly. I think people sometimes people forget that their were 4 films before the remake, and prequel.
