The reason that purple was used for royalty, back in the day, was because they had to extract the purple dye from sea snails one drop at a time. Therefore, it was super expensive.

We just watched Jaws again. If anyone has watched shows all the way to the end, they may remember the phrase "That's some bad hat, Harry." That is a quote from Jaws. Brodie is talking to an old man on the beach.

It's true. The version I had on VHS had the making of the movie at the beginning and he didn't know what was going on because they were careful about what he saw and stuff. The making of it was cool.
Dang Rosey Smile
I posted this w/ Loki's Pet Semetary review, but it is loosely based on a true story. King had gotten a job teaching for a year. They rented a house on an unlined road w/ a factory at the end. Trucks would fly by. There was a pet cemetery down a small path behind King's house. He's daughter's cat got ran over in the road. The pet cemetery in the movie is very similar to the real one, per King. From the interview on the special edition of the DVD.
Psycho, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, & The Silence of the Lambs are all based on Ed Gein
