Fear.net on cable, the Free On Demand station is where I park my remote many of nights! I got to see Midnight Meat Train soon after it came out on there. Damn cool stuff.

Hmmmmm, hard to say. Free Movies On Demand here in the good ole' (Eww) NC on Time Warner Cable is channel 620, but I have no idea of how to check for it in other places.
