I have this on VHS...but i havent watched it yet. I may have to watch it soon and see if its any good and then report back. I heard it was actually a pretty decent spook flick.

Ok, i watched The Dorm That Dripped Blood...not a comedic horror or anything like that. It was watchable. The ending especially was sort of disappointing. And just some scenes were kinda like WTF? Also kinda slow and drawn out just to end up at the end saying "Is that it?". But thats just me. Someone else could think this was awesome shit, lol.
