Opinion of the masses x10, because usually those in the masses like at least 1 movie the rest of masses seem to hate. This chick is a walking compilation of regurgitated points reviewing what are "movies that I, as the common viewing public do not like" (many of which are "passable" to "awesome" horror).

Here are the horror films she actually likes; got some winners there, but the majority are pretty much ones you'd expect (with exceptions such as Candyman; thought that'd be one she would find "ridiculous" and "boring"). Pleasantly surprised she's in the camp that takes Evil Dead seriously, one bad mark taken off. Puts Freddy vs. Jason on the "good" list when the original Friday the 13th is put on the "worst" list (bad mark put back on). Actually keeps a movie she finds "objectionable" (Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer) on the good list, so one bad mark taken off. Still, when you take that good stuff and put it up against bashing Child's Play, Friday the 13th, American Psycho, hellraiser 3-8, Saw, Waxwork, Se7en, The Ring, Return of the Living Dead III, The Others, Maximum Overdrive, Halloween III, The Fog, Exorcist III, Cujo, The Blair Witch Project, and Audition for the most airheaded reasons imaginable (and bunches and bunches more, for reasons of varying quality), it makes for a crap track record in my opinion.

I watched Waterworld the other day and I scratched my head over why people loathe this movie. It's a decent action flick that was overhyped. Obviously this person has a diverse taste in film. I can't believe she called King Kong (the remake) a bad movie. It really romanticized the relationship between Kong and the girl that when the original didn't have the money or time to do.
