Which did you like better 28 Days Later or 28 Weeks Later?

I liked 28 Days Later better especially the beginning when the guy was walking the empty street of London --- AWESOME, could of done without the nude scene, I mean wasnt that guy embarrassed to show off his small willy? and the church scene as well was great. I still dont know what The End Is Extremly Fucking Nigh means. But I did think it went a little down hill after the met the soldiers, why is the military allways the bad guys? Overall the zombies? or infected? were way scarier than in 28 Weeks Later.

I did think the ending was better in 28 Weeks Later, Jerremy Renner was great. I like to see him in more horror movies.

I liked them both but 28 Days wins out. The end of 28 days had you thinking there was hope.
The end of 28 Weeks, what the the hell is wrong with those Assholes letting those kids get away and infect the rest of humanity.

I agree. 28 Days all the way. I couldn't get into "stalker zombie dad."

I have only seen them once and that was back when 28 Weeks was released. From what I remember, I liked them both but the reason why I choose 28 Days over 28 Weeks is simply because it had a story with character development. This is something that not many horror movies, let alone infection movies, have done properly. While I liked 28 Weeks, I felt like it was trying too hard to aim for the emotional side but I still liked it. I have a feeling if I were to watch them again, my feelings would change.

28 Weeks, easily.

28 Days is a boring snoozefest.

Ooooo. Controversy. Looks we have one for Weeks and not Days.

Days - 5
Weeks - 1

I watched both back to back with my daughter last week and we agreed that we'd enjoyed Days a bit more than Weeks. Both are a good watch but there is more of an ominous feeling to Days that we appreciated.

I agree with Lollie. Days is better than weeks. I Found it hard to believe the mother was still alive, surely she would have been ripped to bits in the farm house ?Loco

I think that Days also had a better soundtrack than Weeks because it felt more sad and ominous whereas Weeks just reused the same tune. I think Days really captured the look and feel of an utterly deserted world.

That was the only part I didnt like about 28 Weeks Later was when the guy ran out on his wife, not really a big deal just what a coward, but who knows what any of us would do if being chased by a large group of red eyed
