Oh shit! That is fucking BIG! It looks like it might be a good flick as long as the CGI is kept to a minimum! I know scary weird looking fish eating my flesh is scary!

I actually had a tank full of Piranhas when I was younger. I had three Red Belly Babies I bought when they were the size of a quarter, and basically, everyone would say they were horrible fish, but no one could look away when I fed them.

When they got to be about 7 inches each, I remember they had basically uprooted a plant I had in there for them, and my Mom was freaked out because She'd seen them eat before (Once I ran out of Goldfish and the store was closed so I ended up going to a meat counter and buying some Bloody Stewing Beef, which they ate before the shit even hit the bottom because they LOVE Blood) anyway, I had to stick my arm in the tank...

My Mom thought for sure I was going to lose my hand but they hadn't ever once tried that. I mean I had to clean the tank Obviously, so I did, and I was just careful to be sure I didn't have any cuts on my arms or fingers because they can smell Blood. In Nature if something is bleeding, it's injured and easy to catch, which is why they like it.

My Mom watched my biggest Piranha Leviathan, go up to my arm, and She freaked out, because the tank was like 2 feet deep, so my WHOLE arm, up to my arm pits, in Piranha infested water. Well, putting a plant back means the water gets murky until the Filter cleans it again, and when the dust settled so to speak, Leviathan was right by my hand, and so I pretended like I tried to grab him with my bare hands, and he backed off.

Which is good because I once watched him Bite a chunk out of a fucking rock when he got mad one day. I had bought a new Aquarium for them, and when I put him in, there were no rocks at the bottom yet because I was cleaning them, and he saw a Reflection, and thought "A fish is right under me chasing me!" so, of course, when I put some rocks in, he literally bit one in half....

This is the same fish who bit the face off a Gold Fish because it was doing that thing Gold Fish do with their Mouths where they open and close their Mouths while they swim... Well, it did it to Leviathan, he didn't like it, so, he moved down near the Gold Fish, and Bit it's fucking face off lol.

That fish tried to swim away but my smaller one saw the Blood and ripped it apart.

I miss having them because they were so cool, and I actually did eventually touch them with bare hands just to see if I could after being CAREFUL because they WILL eat you, but, now, I couldn't have any if I wanted...

We have three Cats, and I would NOT have a Piranha Tank with Cats. The Cats would want to eat the fish, the fish would want to eat the Cats, and if a Cat fell in the tank because the lid slipped or something.... I can't even imagine how horrible that would be, and I don't want to.

I watched the original Piranha movie from the 70s with my Cousin, who then woke up to MY Piranha's all in ONE row, watching him sleep. He woke me up that day, freaking out, because they were watching him lol. And, oddly enough, they were... I looked and saw all three at the bottom of the tank right next to each other, watching him sleep. I was like "Just put your hands in the tank, they'll see you taste like shit and leave you alone" lol.

He didn't think it was funny cause he'd watched me feed them that day.

Friend of mine was actually on set for this in Arizona.

That IS a huge ass tank. Although I would have loved to have been on set for this.
