Ok, I've finally decided to share this with everyone. First, let me tell you that I do not lie or exaggerate anything. I fucking hate it when someone lies, especially about paranormal experiences. I've been around so many people that lie about them it makes it hard for me to share my personal experiences because I don't want people to think that I am lying. Why? Because a ton of people have lied to me in real life and I'm certain of it.
I especially hate it when I'm playing the Ouija board with someone and they are the ones whom are actually moving the planchette (the thing you all put your hands on). I get pissed off and I will NOT play with them anymore. I don't know why so many people lie about their experiences, but they do. You have my word that I would never lie to anyone about my experiences. I don't have a ton or anything, but I do have a few and here's one of them. This happened I would say a couple years ago.
My sister still lives with my mom and I will visit from time to time. They claim that the house is haunted and I do believe them. There's some creepy stuff that has happened there and I have witnessed some of it. Well, I took my Ouija board up there and that's where it stays now. Whenever I play Ouija it's with them because I know for a fact they would never lie or move it themselves. There have been more than a few nights where we would play for an hour or so and there would be no movement at all. Talk about boring, but at least I know that they're not moving the planchette to entertain. As a matter of a fact, my mom wouldn't even allow any joking around the board. Either you're going to play right or she would flat out refuse to play. She also hated it when a "bad spirit" would come through. I would always insist on continuing, though. If I remember correctly, he came that night. He would always lie, cuss, etc... The planchette always seemed to move quicker with him than others we would talk to. So, it was more entertaining. For me, at least. Plus, it was mysterious to talk with him.
We would usually play with the board in the living room; right in front of the entertainment center. We would turn all the lights off and light candles. We were all sitting there with the board on the floor in front of us, each of us on a different side of the board. My sister to my right, my mom was in front of me, across the board. My mom and I were right beside the entertainment center. For instance, I could have easily reached over and turned the television on if I had wanted to.
Well, we were playing and getting some good activity. We had been sitting there for awhile before my mom decided that she needed a bathroom break. I read some where that if you're getting activity and everyone takes their hand off of the planchette you will lose the spirit. So, there should always be at least one person touching the planchette or else you could lose the spirit. So, when she got up to go to the bathroom I left my hand on the planchette. My sister leaned back; stretching. I had my right leg tucked under my left, semi-indian style. My left leg was stretched out, in front of the entertainment center but not touching it.
My sister and I were talking, I kept my hand on the planchette and that's when it happened. All of a sudden the whole entertainment center started shaking. The doors on the bottom looked as if something was trying to get the fuck out, then it stopped. It seemed like it happened really quick. I was just sitting there wondering what the fuck, looking over at the entertainment center. I looked back at my sister and she was looking right at me. She grinned, thinking I was pulling a prank on her at first. I told her I didn't move, look at my leg. I didn't hit it or anything. She knew I hadn't, but she couldn't believe what was happening. That's when it hit her. All of a sudden, it started shaking again. I'm not sure how long it shook, because I moved very quickly. I jumped up, my sister was shocked, still sitting there looking at the entertainment center. I grabbed under her arms from behind and pulled her up to her feet. We both stood there looking at the thing and it wasn't shaking anymore. I remember saying "Whatever the fuck it is I'm not letting it get me while I'm on the ground". I turned the light on and shortly after my mom walked back into the room. We told her all about it and started speculating.
The ONLY explaination I could have came up for it was that maybe a cat (there was two in the house) ran behind the entertainment center. I knew that a cat couldn't come close to moving it like that, but it maybe could have made similar noises? I don't know, I was just trying to come up with something. There was only one problem with my theory. BOTH of the cats had follow my mom into the bathroom. There were litter boxes in there and a food/water bowl for them.
I know my experience is lengthy and may not seem all that scary. However, when you have a whole entertainment center moving beside of you and it looks like something is trying to come out of the doors in them it's scary in real life.
Oh and yes I did open the doors to the entertainment center (the ones that looked like something was trying to get out of them were on the bottom of the entertainment center, by the way)... Nothing was in there except DVD's and video games.
