I'm one of the few that likes both, but I'd say the Addamses on both accounts; they may not have the same innovative-ness in their plots, but they're more unique characters by far! Both families against each other is a toughie, and The Munsters have their usual oblivious fortune and their gadgets going for them, but I don't think they could stand up to The Addams family once the "heat was on" judging on how crafty they can be when they need to >.>

Personally I've never liked or watched "The Munster's", so I do prefer "The Adam's Family".

I liked both, grew up watching The Munsters re-runs, and watched the tv remake of the Adams Family, didn't se the original until about 2 years ago. Damn, I'm the only one who voted Munsters.
Out running a killer is like out running a bear, you don't have to run just have a friend that is slower than you!
