So there's a planet of the apes prequal in talks and my question is, is that really possible for there a prequal to made? I mean I didn't likethe apes take over in the first movie

Nah, 3/4 of the original's sequels were prequels. Conquest of the Planet of the Apes (The one that actually concerned the apes taking over) was pretty damn good at that! If this new film is modeled after that one it could turn out excellently.
