Plot
Alice, having survived the previous installment of the Nightmare series, finds the deadly dreams of Freddy Krueger starting once again. This time, the taunting murderer is striking through the sleeping mind of Alice's unborn child. His intention is to be "born again" into the real world. The only one who can stop Freddy is his dead mother, but can Alice free her spirit in time to save her own son?

Review
Well, Alice is back in Nightmare 5. After some odd dreams that take her to the insane asylum, she isn't sure what to think anymore, she wants to think that Freddy is dead, but she sees an awful looking baby, I called him Baby Freddy, because that's what it is. It crawls into Freddy's sweater and turns into him, shocker. Well it turns out that Alice is pregnant and it's actually her baby that is having the nightmares! Now waking and asleep she is having nightmares and is convinced that Freddy is gonna take her baby, because in her dreams a boy by the name of Jacob saying that the man with the funny hand is his only friend, once again shocker. This is one of the worst movies in the series, in my opinion, I don't like it very much, as you can tell from my review. I do have to admit that there was one cool dream, and that was Dan's, the best part was when the Freddy-cycle buries itself into him, making him part of the motorcycle. Them the next best kill was Dennis as a piece of paper, well you can imagine with Freddy's claws how that turned out. Over all I say it's the second worst in the series with ANoES 2 being the worst, sorry guys. Wish I could say more good things about it, but you can't pain shit gold and call it priceless.

I give it 3/5 headshots

Out running a killer is like out running a bear, you don't have to run just have a friend that is slower than you!

So i dont have alot to say about it. lol I didnt care for part 5 either, and i agree the motorcycle scene was pretty kick ass and the paper scene. Other then that i also found it "bleh"! Redbull

Can't be too bad if the worst of the series is still a 3/5. Smile

I think I am more en-tuned with Dream Warriors. Dream Child was just... meh, but I enjoyed it.

the reason I give it a 3/5 is because it's a Freddy movie it's more like 2.5/5 though

It's honestly one of my favorites; I like the plot, the kills, the atmosphere, and the fact that Alice manages to survive 2 films Tongue
“The Fright Night remake is a film which taps into the audience’s deepest rooted fears, such as those of vampires throwing motorcycles at them. I dread the thought of a vampire throwing a refrigerator or a deskjet printer or... I’d better stop before I give myself nightmares”

Now, remember: you don't aim a gun at a man unless you intend to shoot him. And, you don't shoot a man unless you intend to kill him. No warning shots. Hey, you listening to me? No warning shots. Warning shots are bullshit. You shoot to kill, or you don't shoot at all.
