mrblueThe Ring 3D

Back in September Paramount Pictures had begun discussing the possibilities of bringing Samara back to theaters in 3D Heat Vision reports that David Loucka (Dream House, House at the End of the Street) has been tapped to pen the script. The plot of the original film centered on a young journalist investigating a mysterious videotape that seemed to cause the death of anyone within a week of viewing it. The new film is being fashioned as more teen-centric than the first, and though the logline is being kept under wraps, the aim is to reinvent the franchise. One potential scenario involves teens finding a VHS player that still works.--bloody-disgusting.com

Oh lord, so not only do we have the 3D again, which i have nothing against 3D if done right. But isnt there just a tab bit to much 3D lately? And so, the other thing, its only the 3rd and they want to re-invent it already? *shakes head*
