It took me a while to really get into this movie because it takes place before the other two but all in all I thought it was a good movie at the end it all makes since so if you check it out dont worrying about the time frame because it all makes since at the end .

Yep, thought it was pretty weird that they did a prequel for this series, because of the fact that one and two are soooooo close in time frame. I hear Kate Beckinsale isn't going to be back, so a third might be a turd. I was always curious about the whole history of the story, and Lucien is one of my favorite characters, so i think I'll give it a try:zombie:

I rate it about a 7/10 not as good as the first two but not bad

I doubt Beckinsale will be back. Stars usually won't stick around for more than a sequel.

I really want to see this movie. Loved the first two, trouble is dragging the fiance to the movie. Anyone have a tranqulizer?

I liked this film. It tied in with the first two and established the background of several characters. There's a slight timeline problem, which I can't remember at the moment because it's been a while since I've seen the film, and it wasn't a big detractor from the overall picture. (Something with Seline's family history)

I thought the effects were done well and the story line good enough to keep my attention throughout the movie. I'd give it a 7 or 8.

Well...it was a lot better than I thought it was going to be. It had been awhile since I had seen the first two so I had to have my husband help me quite a bit with the storyline, but it made more sense towards the end. I liked the storyline & the special effects were alright (not the best). I'd give it a 8/10
