No but there is plenty of evidence against him, at least in the current circumstances... were it not for the mass of spammers, I'd probably give him the benefit of the doubt, but since there are so many I'd hate for this person to turn out to be one and (along with the other bots) start posting thousands of ads in a single stretch of time.
