In one of my more kinky(?) fantasies I would not have minded being the one to rescue him from the pool at the end of the movie.
I've actually experianced something similar when I had to rescue this guy from a simi-loaded with electricity standing body of water. Not sure why I wasn't worried about frying myself (or worse) but later after he recovered I got a deep enough kiss that actually produced goosflesh and a slight standing of my hairs on end - like with one of those bulbs at a science museum. While I didn't marry THAT GUY I still have some flashbacks whenever I taste cinnamin (sp?) but if you have to ask why I'll have to insist for a PM exdev:
