I found it funny that you brought up Milo because it's one of those indie 90s movies that sort of faded into obscurity after it was released. I remember renting it all the time at the video store. I still remember the over-the-top trailer for it that was a thousand times better than the actual movie.

I dont know if it's on DVD I think it was from like the early 90's with Ashley Laurence and Brian Bonsall-a little kid gets taken in by foster families and kills them when they dont meet his expectations-kind of a reverse of The Stepfather

What about all the killer children in Asian horror movies or their remakes? Samara/Sadako from The Ring/Ringu scared the bejeebus out of me. Fuckin' long haired water ghosts.

I watched one last night called Shock (Beyond the Door 2) where this woman her husband and her son from a first marriage move to the house where her first husband killed himself (or did he) Her son is just the damn creepiest possessed kid ever and it was pretty scary at points
