- It's said that the film may be in 3D.
- David Hackl served as production designer for the second, third and fourth films.
- Saw V director David Hackl returns.
- Actor Tobin Bell had reportedly signed on to do up to seven Saw films, so this or may not be the final installment. My guess is that it won't be the last.
- Tobin Bell returns as "Jigsaw".
- Writers Marcus Dunstan and Patrick Melton (Feast, Saw IV through VI) return.

I've definitely got faith in this one too after VI, that's one of my thoughts on the matter: surely some fellow's going to pop in and say "GUUUR 7 iz too much!" which I think is BS after VI left us with such an awesome clffhanger Tongue

I agree. I will admit they are stretching it... but hey who cares as long as their worth it!
