PitWestonastral projection

I seem to tell people this story a lot. It's something I still cannot explain to this day.

I don't believe I experienced this but something like it.

Years ago (cannot recall how far back), I was lying on my bed. I was just staring at the ceiling. Was I tired? I'm sure I was. The lights in my bedroom were on. That I remember. As I am looking at the ceiling, I lose time. Many I didn't really lose time but being so long ago, I cannot recall everything, just the experience I had.

To make this run on sentence short, I saw myself on the ceiling. A complete reflection of me. Now, if this was an astral projection, wouldn't it be the other way around? Wouldn't it be where I was looking down at me lying in bed?

Must have freaked me out enough, cause I came to and my reflection was gone. Was I dreaming? Maybe. Did I experience something? I don't know. Whatever it was, It still freaks me out.

OBE’s and AP’s are the same but are far more complex than any other metaphysical or paranormal practises that I still try to master. But in your statement you tried to play with it you was brought back by ahmmm... maybe a spirit that told your spirit to leave it to the natural way. Aka Death. We all astral at night (yes we do...) regardless, most people just aren't aware of it. They don't realise they have done it or they think that they have dreamed events that seem "real" but "can't be". People also need to realise that if they are unable to achieve these goals it is largely due to the thinking process - what we think we create. If we think it is unattainable it will be. Once we open ourselves to the possibility then we become open to the reality. We can determine to a level where we astral. In case it is reading like I can astral much the same as going to the shop for a carton of milk - that is categorically not true. AT the same time I have had many recalled astral experiences, and most of them involve healing on the higher astral planes or dimensions as people refer to them. I believe a lot of it comes down to our intent and why we are attempting and what our motivation is.

I've tried AP before. I can't seem to achieve it to the degree I would like to. As a matter of a fact, I'm not even sure if I have achieved it at all. However, one night it felt like I had achieved something. I just closed my eyes and kept imagining that I was moving forward, while laying on the bed. After awhile, my feet started to feel funny, like they were weightless and moving forward. It felt like I was actually floating. That's as far as I got with it. :reddisgust:
