Did they do that for PA? >.<

...I personally think it worked for Blair Witch due to it's plot being one of the first of it's kind, and also for The Texas Chainsaw Massacre since it was fresh back then. Otherwise, it's pretty damn cheap/obviously fake Tongue
“The Fright Night remake is a film which taps into the audience’s deepest rooted fears, such as those of vampires throwing motorcycles at them. I dread the thought of a vampire throwing a refrigerator or a deskjet printer or... I’d better stop before I give myself nightmares”

Well, The Last Broadcast was one the first real popular and legit 'found footage' horror movies. Texas Chainsaw Massacre was great because it was like you were the camera and you are trapped and trying to find your way out. It puts you into the movie.

Honestly, 'found footage' can be done GOOD. Cloverfield did it very well but Paranormal Activity... they said it was supposed to be real or at least, based off of something real. You want a failed 'found footage' movie? See The Fourth Kind. That movie epically failed.

ok i may recieve crap for this but paranormal activity isnt even close to be scary that movie was soooooo over hyped. it was a really bad movie nothing but loud noises and cheap scares. when ppl say its the scariest movie in thelast 25 years they have no clue what there talking abt. piece of shit movie. jus how the 80s had a F13th movie every year and then they had blairwitch project later and then the horrible sequal. Our generation has the saw movies witch releases a new movie every year witch makes it our F13th series of our generation and paranormal activity is our generations version of blairwitch with the horrible sequal coming out next year.
