I love watching all blu rays but I'll never forget when we stuck on The Thing - and the opening sequence, it blew me away - the snow - if felt like if you were to reach out at it, you could touch it... epicness.

I can vouch for the Blu Rays. We got 4 Blu Ray players and the movies are AWESOME! Makes you feel like your really there. We have our main one hooked up to the internet so we can utilize some of the special features to. Not sure if you have to have a special TV for it to work or not. Im sure the old square TVs arent going to give off the great picture etc. But we have all big flat screens. Our biggest is 55'' Samsung and the picture is just orgasmic! The sound is boombastic with the surround sound system all hooked into play. So were good on movie nights...LOL
