Yeah, this is actually pretty sad. I'm not a HUGE fan of their music but I enjoyed a few of their songs. Poor guy was only in his 40s and had heart failure.

RIP Peter. Sad

LOL but they are referred to as bass players...

ex: Eric Clapton is a great guitarist, Peter Steele was a great bass player (or bassist even).

I mean, normally I assume when someone says guitar, they are referring to a 6 string whether it be electric, or acoustic, hell, even a 12 string, not a bass.

so I figure that's why Bo corrected you, is he assumed the same.

Now, remember: you don't aim a gun at a man unless you intend to shoot him. And, you don't shoot a man unless you intend to kill him. No warning shots. Hey, you listening to me? No warning shots. Warning shots are bullshit. You shoot to kill, or you don't shoot at all.

Yeah he played bass <3 I miss him wickedly. I stayed up all night and even cried once. . . Type-O Negative was a MASSIVE influence on my life so I took it really hard. Many memories involve their music. I saw them in San Francisco a year or so ago and it was MIND BLOWING-LY wonderful! Rest is Peace, my darling Peter.
