This looks like a promising psycho thriller.

The Toronto International Film Festival is only a couple of weeks away. Among the tons of movies making their premiere will be "A Horrible Way to Die," an indie horror movie (though a more apt handle may be "terror movie") from filmmaker Adam Wingard.
(As a cool aside, Bradley Miska of Bloody-Disgusting.com is an associate producer on the movie.)
The story follows an escaped murderer in pursuit of his ex-girlfriend, who has fled to start a new life in a small town. The simple logline may do the movie an injustice, because the official description teases, "Wingard plays with narrative chronology, sound design and visual aesthetics."
Watch the trailer, a Heat Vision exclusive, and you'll see that this looks like a pretty intense movie.
Celluloid Nightmares' Travis Stevens, one of the producers on the movie, is handling worldwide distribution rights.
