Insidious-when the mom is putting stuff away and the record comes on and the dead kid runs through the house that was scary

I'd probably have to go with Insidious too, just because it made me close my eyes for the first times in years.

I'll have to admit Insidious was the scariest one I have seen in a while.

The first movie to gross me out was in 1968 The Undertaker and His Pals I was 14 and seen it in the Drive-in. I watch it now and laugh wondering how I could be so grossed out.

Cannibal Holocaust personally I think it's boring all hype on a gross scale of 1 - 10, 10 being the grossest I rate it a 2.

I love all those in that short lived era of Eurocannibal movies the exception being Cannibal Terror because the cannibals looked like Hollywood types not like real tribes

I have that one also Krugthe remake-I particularly like the remakes ending with Krug's head in the microwave -she's watched so many trailer discs and documentaries about movies and 100 scary movie moments that she's seen the worst scenes from the original

I'd have to agree with others that Insidious is one of the scariest recent horror films to come out, perhaps the scariest since '08 gave us The Strangers and Martyrs. Not many agree with me, but I think the scenes in The Further were the best parts; edited like a real bad (good?) head-high, and shot in a way that would make Dario Argento weep for the old days.
âThe Fright Night remake is a film which taps into the audienceâs deepest rooted fears, such as those of vampires throwing motorcycles at them. I dread the thought of a vampire throwing a refrigerator or a deskjet printer or... Iâd better stop before I give myself nightmaresâ
