I'd say both are pretty badass honestly... But comparatively speaking: Freddy ten-fold.

Freddy can be a fucking weasel sometimes: Begging for a chick not to kiss him part 2, Running from his mom part 5, crying like a douche after getting near-beat part 6; I haven't seen Pinhead break down like that, he's a fucking brick, a brick that can shoot chains and boom warped spiritual dialogue Tongue .
