Not that great if you ask me, but better than part 2. I personally think the parody was a bit stretched thin; The Ring and Signs are a bit too "quiet" to make a "loud" spoof about on their own (Not a good balance of "main parody" to "sub-parodies" like the first two had).
My favorite part is probably the climax to the aliens plotline, all the gangsters killing each other before the aliens arrive and then: "They're powerless without their heads!!" XD
