Will 'Saw VII 3D' Carry the Moniker 'Endgame' & Conclude the Franchise?

At the moment, from what I know by now, Jill and Hoffman both failed. Jill tried to kill Hoffman without giving him a fair opportunity, which was for sure not John's last will. He would never tell anyone to make a game that is impossible to win or achieve.And Hoffman, well I don't think I have to explain why he's a terrible "apprentice".Maybe Saw VII will teach us different, but that's what I see and view at the moment. Everybody involved failed and let John down in the end: Amanda freaked out, Hoffman never really cared and Jill used John's last will for her own.
