If this does happen, let's hope it's NOT in 3D. One horror and fantasy director we talked to actually says he felt that 3D hurts the horror genre the most because of the way the director has to use so much more lighting for every scene. That takes away from the ability to create the darker feel that is needed in many horror film scenes.
