I heard about this new anti rape "female condom" they just came out with before the world cup games. Rape is really high is south africa so they were giving them out to promote the device. What it is is a female condom inserted inside the cookie with Teeth that cling on to the member and the only way to have it removed is surgically. (!) Laughing-satan
