Actually it was my first Friday the 13th film and I didn't understand who this guy was and what the *deal was* with the mask. Then when I discovered it was part 5 I looked for part one...
Kinda difficult time as just about everyone wanted to see it too -- got put on a:batt: ing waiting list.
I think I liked the balence of "comedy" with the horror - messed me up a little bit too for camping for the next few years but I don't think I was alone in that...
