The Strangers for better movie.
As far as an actual battle between the killers go, I'm still going with The Strangers. It didn't seem like there were a bunch of killers in Vacancy, so numbers wouldn't be much of a factor. Both did a good bit of creeping, though. However, remember in Vacancy when they were running back to the motel room and one of the masked-men were chasing after them, while another calmly walked? That guy was fast, I'll give him that. However, remember when sack-head ran in The Strangers? It looked like that dude would take down whatever he was running into.
I'm going with The Strangers on this one.
