People who dont teach their damn kids to behave or dont have them if you wont raise them

I just came from an appointment with my daughter. While Im waiting for her to come out of her session, a woman comes in with 2 little boys. These little monsters ran all around the waiting room making noise, tearing up, and generally running amok. What was their "mother" doing while these little brats ran wild? Talking on her damn phone! What happened to the good old days when people taught their kids to behave in public? My daughter has Asperger's Syndrome with severe ADHD and I have never allowed her to behave in public like that. Back in the good old days, if a child acted up and the parents were too preoccupied to notice, a passerby could beat their ass themselves -that's what they needed a good spanking-Im not advocating abuse-Ive never spanked my daughter or even hit my dog with a rolled up newspaper-but even I have my limits!
