The way it was shot, and the way it was publicized made it VERY unique for it's time. Damn, now I feel old
Hehe.
I seriously guess ya had to be there. And if ya was, and didn't like it, I think it's because the movie is kinda like Jaws. In Jaws, not seeing the shark often, like it was stalking right behind you, made it scary in your head. I think that Blair Witch played on the imagination, if you thought of it in a way that was scary, it was.
