To answer Caroline: I have many, many things on my mind. My current project is an anthology film which I've just recently taken to working on again. It's nothing "spectacular," but I'm writing it as something my friends and I might actually be able to make. The problem is that for how simple the filming process should be, I'm not sure it would truly be an effective horror film.
Also on the back-burner, 2 shorts I'm feeling like writing down very quickly, just as experiments to flex my filmmaking muscles before moving on to full pictures: one is a cult of men dressing like monsters and maniacs who live in a haunted house (not an actual one, the kind people set up for Halloween) and torture people to pay tribute to the spirit of Halloween, another is a suspense piece about two brothers (one debilitatingly shy but deranged, the other a mute brute) who lure people to secluded places and kill them

âThe Fright Night remake is a film which taps into the audienceâs deepest rooted fears, such as those of vampires throwing motorcycles at them. I dread the thought of a vampire throwing a refrigerator or a deskjet printer or... Iâd better stop before I give myself nightmaresâ
